Advance Materials

Caveat: Advance meeting materials are posted for reference. Occasionally, the posted materials do not reflect changes made shortly before or during Board meetings. The full-Board minutes are the official record of final Board action.

Materials provided in advance of the Board’s regular meetings:

Agendas and Supporting Materials are posted during the week of the Board meeting.
The Committee List details committee memberships and other appointments as of the date of the Board meeting.
The Meeting Calendar lists the regular meetings of the Board.

Minutes

The Full-Board Minutes serve as the official record of Board of Regents meetings.
The Committee Minutes serve as the official record of Board of Regents committee meetings.

Webcasts

Beginning in September 2004, Board meetings were webstreamed via live audio. Video was included in the webstreams for Board meetings held in Madison, beginning in May 2006; later, video was added for meetings hosted outside of Madison. The videostream covers full-Board sessions and includes PowerPoint slides. The videos are archived for viewing at any time.

This collection consists of the digitized minutes of the meetings of the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents from 1921-1991.
