UW System President Ray Cross released a memo stating that each campus is determining the appropriate travel restrictions. Please consult with your campus to determine what travel restrictions may already be in place. Please note that due to the influx in calls going to the UW Agent Team, if you are cancelling a ticket that was originally booked in Concur, you are able to Cancel Or Change Reservations pdf . If you need to cancel for a ticket in which travel occurs in the next 48 hours, you may email uwagents@gofox.com.
