Recently, travelers have been experiencing problems when reserving vehicles directly with the downtown La Crosse Enterprise location (227 3rd St. S, La Crosse). The location has been reserving cars under the State of Wisconsin/NASPO contract, rather than the required Big 10 contract.
We highly encourage all rentals to be made via Concur or with a Travel Incorporated consultant. However, if you have a situation that requires you to contact the location to reserve a vehicle (i.e. vehicles not available in Concur) please be sure to request that your rental be booked under the Big 10 contract (CD-XZ78809 for business rentals). It has been extremely difficult to adjust contracts/rates after the rental is complete.
The UWSA travel team is working with Enterprise/National to correct this issue.
