When you have an employment change, reach out to your benefits contact as soon as possible to find out if/how your benefits will be affected. Most benefit plans have a limited timeframe for when changes can be made (for example: 30 days from the date of the change).
To enroll, make changes, or cancel coverage log into Workday (myworkday.wisconsin.edu) within 30 days of your life event. Once in Workday, from the Menu in the upper left go to Personal, then select Benefits and Pay. In the Suggested Links select, My Insurance Benefits to access the benefits enrollment system.
