Travel Advisory: Potential Flight Delays
If travel disruptions cause added costs outside of your control (such as lodging, meals during extended delays, or fare differences), these are reimbursable with department/Driver Worktag Manager approval. Please retain receipts and include a brief explanation in your Expense Report Memo.
The FAA is gradually reducing flight capacity by approximately 10% at several major U.S. airports due to staffing shortages. Travelers may experience delays, re-routings, or cancellations over the coming week. At this time, we do not anticipate this will impact international flights.
Airlines are offering flexibility for flight changes and refunds during this time. If your flight was booked through Fox World Travel, waivers may be issued directly, and you will receive a notification from Fox if a waiver applies to your itinerary.

• Monitor flight status directly with your airline.
• Allow extra time at the airport.
• Consider alternate flight options if needed.
