The UW System Travel Team has been informed that calls are now getting through to Travel Inc consultants. However, as Travel Inc works to catch up from today’s phone system migration, they are experiencing longer than normal hold times. If your need is not urgent, please consider sending your request via email or waiting until tomorrow (8/9/23) to call so the team can focus travelers with last minute requests. Today (August 8. 2023), Travel Inc is migrating to a new phone system. We are aware that this migration has been causing issues and are working with Travel Inc to resolve them.
