Effective September 1, 2023, the central airfare credit card (“ghost card”) will no longer be used for UW-Platteville airfare payments. Travelers will be required to store a credit card in their Concur profiles or be prepared to provide a credit card at time of booking through the UW System approved booking channels. Acceptable forms of payment include standard procurement (purchasing) cards (i.e., p-cards) or personal credit cards. If the ghost card is currently stored in your Concur profile, it will be removed on August 31, 2023. The Direct Charge of Airfare form will no longer need to be submitted for airfare tickets purchased after September 1, 2023.
