The Travel Fair is more than a supplier showcase. It is an opportunity to strengthen relationships with university travelers, increase awareness of your organization, and help introduce the next generation of professionals to the business travel industry.

10:00 AM – Setup

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Travel Fair

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Break/Optional Campus Tour

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Student Business Travel Career Panel

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Student Networking with Participating Vendors

Registration Fee

$250 per exhibit table

The registration fee includes participation in the Travel Fair, lunch for attending representatives, and access to all event activities.

 

About the Venue

Kenwood Interdisciplinary Research Complex

The Kenwood IRC is a modern building with a striking architectural design featuring large glass windows. Winner of the 2016 Project of the Year, Best Green-Built Project, and Best New Development or Renovation – Education. Kenwood IRC is the home of the UWM Physics Department. Vendors will enjoy convenient loading of event supplies, with street parking and easy in/out access.
