Richard has been an active partner in fostering strong, positive collaborations between our two systems of higher education. These beneficial partnerships, including the PK-16 Council and the recently-appointed Joint UWS-WTCS Committee on Expanding Baccalaureate Degree holders, are helping our students, citizens, and the state’s economy.
