Re: Attending Wisconsin Economic Summit IV
Wisconsin Economic Summit IV, scheduled for Oct. 27-28 at the Midwest Airlines Center in Milwaukee, promises several stories of interest to local and statewide audiences about the future of Wisconsin’s economy.
Reporters are invited to attend all summit sessions at no charge. If you plan to attend, please pre-register on the Summit website by Friday (Oct. 24). No payment information is necessary. Upon arrival, please go to the registration table to receive a news media name badge and information packet. Same-day registration will also be available.
Reporters are welcome to attend any session. Highlights include concurrent workshops throughout the day on Monday, and keynote addresses, panel presentations and general sessions on Tuesday.
Room 101C in the Midwest Airlines Center will be available for news media use. It is conveniently located on the south side of the lower level, adjacent to the ballroom (where all general sessions will take place) and the concurrent session rooms. Phone lines will be available in 101C and Internet connections will be available in 101A. University Relations will post text/photo news summaries during the summit at wisconsin.edu/summit/.
University Relations staff will be on-site throughout the summit to assist reporters.
