Alexa has big dreams. Once she completes her Master’s of Sports, Exercise and Performance Psychology program at UW-Green Bay, her next step is working in the NCAA. Then, in professional sports. She discovered the field of sports psychology, and as a former UW-Green Bay student-athlete she knows the pressure and the feelings that student-athletes experience. She is energized by the culture within her master’s program. “I’m encouraged to learn, to make mistakes, to never give up and to grow as a student, a person and a future professional.” Alexa’s goal is to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and help professional athletes rise by focusing on their mental performance.
