Alexa has big dreams. Once she completes her Master’s of Sports, Exercise and Performance Psychology program at UW-Green Bay, her next step is working in the NCAA. Then, in professional sports. She discovered the field of sports psychology, and as a former UW-Green Bay student-athlete she knows the pressure and the feelings that student-athletes experience. With the help of her alma mater, she is determined to guide other student-athletes as they work through those complicated emotions. She is energized by the culture within her master’s program. “I’m encouraged to learn, to make mistakes, to never give up and to grow as a student, a person and a future professional.” Alexa’s goal is to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and help professional athletes rise by focusing on their mental performance. Listen to how she plans to solve the problems of the future.
