If you are covered under the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance program, you are eligible for a $150 incentive to complete biometric testing and health risk assessment through the Well Wisconsin wellness program. All adults enrolled in State of Wisconsin insurance are eligible to participate in the Well Wisconsin program. Your spouse/partner and adult dependents may complete the program and earn their own reward from your insurance provider.
Attend the Well Wisconsin Expo, set for May 13th at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, from 10 AM – 2 PM. Biometric screening will be available and pre-registration is required. Employees will also have the opportunity to talk with representatives from area health plans as well as wellness vendors addressing everything from nutrition, health awareness, physical activity and financial well-being.
