Accommodations – Reserving a Hotel Room
Location: Grand Geneva Conference Center in Lake Geneva, WI
Hotel Booking:
The hotel room block is now available. To book your hotel room at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa call 855-833-5345, and indicate that you are with UW System ITMC for the contracted rate. You may also go to www.grandgeneva.com to make room reservations. Please use code 7709SS to receive contracted group rates.
The room rate is $93/single. This rate is valid through April 6th. After that date, rates revert to Grand Geneva’s standard $150 per night. All cancellations must be made 72-hours before arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided.
