The Cost Per Credit Reports generate budgeted cost data per unit of analysis by various types of instructional categories. The report captures the dollar amount budgeted for Instructional Salaries, Classified Salaries, Supplies/Expenses, and Capital for each credit producing department. The provides the number of credits, cost per credit, student FTE, cost per student FTE, instructional staff FTE, and student to instructional staff FTE ratios. The metrics are distributed by student level. The reports are summarized by UDD, (Unit, Division and Department), by Cluster, and by Discipline Area. The report represents activity generated in the fall term.
