Interim RPD Waiver #04: COVID-19 financial management of auxiliary operations – transfers from auxiliary enterprises Waiver
Pursuant to Resolution 11419 and Resolution 11454 adopted by the Board of Regents, the UW System President has temporarily waived Regent Policy Documents 21-1 and 21-2 requiring auxiliary transfer requests to be considered at the time of the Board of Regents’ annual budget deliberations. Upon recommendation of the President of the University of Wisconsin System, the Board of Regents:
Provides institutions with the flexibility to transfer surplus funding from one auxiliary activity to another. Transfer requests would be made to System Administration and would be considered at the time of the Board of Regents’ deliberations on the annual operating budget.
Eliminates sub-activity reporting.
