During the Benefits Open Enrollment period, which ended October 31, 2025, you had an opportunity to make changes to your benefits for 2026. Changes made during the Benefits Open Enrollment period will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Review your Benefit Summary to make sure your benefits elections and the dependents you would like to cover in 2026 are correct.

Follow the directions below to navigate to the Benefit Summary and pay particular attention to the Open Enrollments Elections section of the document to review your 2026 benefit elections and dependents.

How to Obtain Your Benefit Summary

  1. Log into Workday. From the Menu in the upper left, go to Personal, then Benefits and Pay. Under Suggested Links, select My Insurance Benefits.
  2. Log into My Insurance Benefits*
  3. On the My Insurance Benefits home page select the Print your benefits icon to view your Benefit Summary

Note: Your 2026 benefit elections can only be viewed in My Insurance Benefits at this time. In late December, before the first paycheck of 2026 is processed, they will also be viewable in Workday.

*Use the Set Up Account in My Benefits job aid if you have not yet activated your My Benefits account.
