You are destined for success. And everyone needs a little help along the way.
The Universities of Wisconsin have the tools, resources, and support to help you maximize your learning and achieve your educational goals. Each University of Wisconsin has offices that provide academic support and advice to help you get the most out of your learning experiences. Whether it’s improving your math skills, learning how to turn a ‘B’ paper into an ‘A’ paper, or figuring out which study strategies work best for you, we are here to help.
In these offices, you’ll find staff, faculty, and peer tutors who will help you build knowledge in specific subjects as well as study strategies and skills to improve your overall learning. These offices often provide spaces for quiet study or group work. And if you are a star student in a particular subject, they might also offer you a job as a peer tutor!
These resources allow you to create your own success. You’re paying for these resources. You might as well take advantage of them!
Our Universities of Wisconsin libraries are also sources of support and keys to your academic success. Make sure that you take the time to learn about all that the library has to offer on each UW university campus.
Don’t wait to explore these academic support resources. The earlier you learn about them and benefit from them, the better your learning outcomes will be.
