The subject-matter-experts, with institutional representation, have done very well presenting recommendations. We are reviewing those recommendations based on the constraints of the project, and will begin communicating scope later this month.
In the mean time, there is significant design and development in progress, as well as preparing for our first Test Move to Production (to try the checklist we’re developing for use in October) and testing, to begin in March.
