Happy Holidays Everyone! There has been a ton of activity in the project since the last post.
We have finished all the Fit-Gap sessions, and the final scope recommendations are completed. We plan to begin communicating a final scope in January, 2018!
The team has also begun development and unit testing on our most critical items. While our scope isn’t finished, we need to begin development on our highest likelihood items in order to maximize our delivered project value!
February is our first Test Move, when we practice for our go-live weekend. It will be a big learning experience. 🙂
