The team completed the final reviews and summaries Discovery, outlining how things are done today. While there are some remaining questions, the team is moving on to Fit-Gap Sessions.
During Fit-Gap, the teams will evaluate the PeopleSoft delivered 9.2 functionality to determine whether “vanilla” functionality can meet the requirements uncovered during the Discovery sessions.
At Fit-Gap completion, the project team will have a revised and complete scope. It will represent the work for the remainder of the project, attempting to meet the needs of the customer while also maintaining the high level of service currently in place.
