Can you please advise whether or not the earthwork, the foundation, the masonry and the sign are supposed to be part of the Base Bid or not?
- Our intent is that the sign is part of the project. All the work with it is part of the bid. The “informational” portion of the bid is to simply break-out all the costs associated with the sign so we understand how much of the total project cost is due to the sign.
