Overview
In the fall, some institutions schedule in-person benefits fairs. The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) and benefits plan vendors host virtual benefits sessions. In-person benefits fairs and virtual benefits sessions are great opportunities for you to ask questions about the robust benefits available to you as Universities of Wisconsin employees.
Benefits Fairs – In-person
In the fall some Universities of Wisconsin institutions will host in-person benefits fairs. Review the benefits fair schedule to see if your institution will host an in-person benefits fair.
Benefits Forums – Virtual (schedule coming soon)
ETF is hosting virtual benefit forums for you to connect with benefits vendors. The benefit forums will provide the same personal interaction with a vendor as a benefit fair from the safety of your own home or office. Attendance is optional. You must pre-register.
The forums are 30-minutes and you can attend one or multiple sessions. Each session will include a short presentation followed by questions and answers. All general, vendor-appropriate questions are welcome. Please do not ask questions that include personal identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI).

At other times throughout the year, institutions may hold additional benefits and/or wellness fairs. Reach out to your human resources contact for more information.
