As a first-generation college student, Emily received her Bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee in International Studies. She is a Ronald E. McNair scholar alum and a graduate of the Master of Sustainable Peacebuilding at UW-Milwaukee as an AOP Fellow. Her passion lies in youth engagement and making noise in places that should and need to improve for our future leaders. You can typically find her eating pupusas and exploring a new trail with her beagle.

Wesley supports students and families as they navigate college planning and access across the Universities of Wisconsin, partnering closely with counselors and community organizations. He previously served as a Multicultural Admissions Counselor at UW-La Crosse, where he focused on relationship-based recruitment and inclusive engagement with students from all backgrounds. He earned a BA in Spanish and is completing an MSEd in Student Affairs Administration at UW-La Crosse.

Mai Yia received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UW-La Crosse. Her experience includes college access, outreach, and student support initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, knitting, and getting outside whenever she can.
