The Shared Financial System (SFS) and Human Resource System (HRS)—the systems used prior to Workday—will now remain available through June 30, 2026.
What’s changing?
The shutdown date for both SFS and HRS has been extended to give you more time to access historical (pre-Workday) data while a long-term solution is finalized.
- Original decommissioning date: April 30, 2026
- New decommissioning date: June 30, 2026
Why the extension?
This extension helps ensure you continue to have reliable access to the historical data needed for reporting and daily operations.
What you should know
- SFS and HRS access will end on June 30, 2026, and will not be available after that date.
- Pre-Workday data from SFS and HRS is being moved to the Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP) for improved reporting and analysis.
- WISER will remain available through September 30, 2026.
- Historical documents are available in DocFinity, launched April 7, 2026.
