Sept. 24-25, 2026 Orientation and Meeting
September Orientation and Meeting Details
An orientation for new representatives is noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 24, 2026, at the Pyle Center. The orientation includes lunch, and a dinner following the orientation from 5 to 6 p.m., also at the Pyle Center. The agenda will provide meeting times and locations.
The meeting will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 25, 2026, at Union South. The meeting will include a light breakfast and lunch. The agenda will provide meeting times and locations for individual governance groups and for the joint council.
Logistics
In-person location (for September Orientation, and October 2026 and January, February, and April 2027 meetings): Pyle Center, 702 Langdon St., Madison. Map and directions.
In-person location (for September 2026 meeting): Union South 1308 W. Dayton St., Madison. Map and directions.

Registration is due September 7, 2026. Please use the registration form to also indicate if you are unable to attend and whether you plan to send an alternate.
