Sept. 19-20, 2024 Orientation and Meeting
Orientation and Meeting Details
An orientation for new representatives will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 19, 2024, at the Pyle Center. The orientation will include lunch, and a dinner will follow from 5 to 6 p.m., also at the Pyle Center.
The meeting will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 20, 2024, at the Pyle Center. The meeting will include a light breakfast and lunch.
Agendas will be added later with information on meeting times and locations for individual governance groups and for the joint council.
Logistics
In-person location (for September and October 2024 and January and May 2025): Pyle Center, 702 Langdon St., Madison. Map and directions.

The registration form will allow you to indicate your plan to attend in person or by video conference.
Please use this form also to note if you are unable to attend and to indicate whether you plan to send an alternate.
The registration deadline for the orientation and/or meeting is September 6, 2024.
The Universities of Wisconsin Shared Governance Council attended a reception hosted by President Jay Rothman at Brittingham House in Madison on May 2, 2024, the evening before their final meeting of the academic year.
