Design & Prototype Build Phase Underway

The Design & Prototype Build Phase is underway.  The team is working to mock-up a prototype of what the PBCS application might look like based on requirements gathered to date.  At the end of the month key stakeholders and end-users will be invited to attend a prototype review session to provide their feedback on the system.  This Agile approach for getting feedback early in the process will facilitate any course corrections needed early in the project when it is easier and less costly to address.
