2025 W-2 forms (Wage and Tax Statement) are now available in Workday for all active Universities of Wisconsin employees.
Use the View/Print Tax Documents – Employee job aid for instructions on how to access your W-2 form.
Tip: You can also view your W-2 directly from the Timely Suggestions section on your Workday home page.
Paper copies:
If you did not consent to electronic-only delivery, a paper W-2 will be mailed to you and postmarked by February 2, 2026.

Update your tax withholding elections:
You can review and update your tax withholding elections at any time in Workday. Changes made in Workday will apply to future paychecks.
