The Supplier Request forms in ShopUW+, including the Supplier Bid Profile Conversion to Business form, will have a new layout. The forms will now include tabs at the top and a Summary workflow that shows where the request is in the approval process. 

As part of the Spring 2026 Workday Security Access Review, we’re preparing an important update to how we review security roles and Separation of Duties (SOD). Access Approvers, Controllers, and Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) will review and confirm security access in Workday to help keep our system and data secure.

New Workday features, including homepage enhancements, are now available for all Universities of Wisconsin staff. These changes are part of Workday’s spring 2026 feature release, which went live on Saturday, March 14. 

You can now sign up to receive a short email every other week with Workday updates that apply to your role.

Starting on Feb. 27, Workday will launch a new process for Change Orders on Purchase Orders. This update gives more flexibility in who can create and edit Change Orders.

2025 W-2 forms (Wage and Tax Statement) are now available in Workday for all active Universities of Wisconsin employees.  

Workday will be updating Saturday, March 14 as part of a scheduled Feature Release. 

DocFinity is a new enterprise-level document management system that will replace current document storage systems across the Universities of Wisconsin.
