1. Purpose
The purpose of this practice directive is to reference the Board of Regents policy on institutional and employee relationships with educational loan lenders.
2. Background
On June 8, 2007, the Board of Regents adopted Regent Policy Document 13-4, University of Wisconsin System Policy on Institutional and Employee Relationships with Educational Loan Lenders (RPD 13-4) in order to assure students, their families, and the public that UW System institutions and employees would serve the students’ best interests.
