Benefits Open Enrollment is Monday, October 6 through Friday, October 31, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and dependents and enroll or make changes for 2026. Changes made during Benefits Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2026.

Decide
You may be eligible to enroll in, change, or cancel coverage for the plans listed below. For some plans, you can add or remove dependents.
- State Group Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Individual & Family Life Insurance (current enrollees only)
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
- Accident Insurance (this year, you must re-enroll your spouse/children to cover them in 2026)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Health Care, Limited Purpose, Dependent Day Care Accounts
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Parking and Transit Accounts
You must re-enroll in these plans each year to participate:
- Flexible Spending Account (FSAs): Health Care, Limited Purpose, and Dependent Day Care Accounts
- Health Savings Account (HSA): required if you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
- Health/Medical Opt-Out Incentive
- Parking and Transit Accounts
Enroll
Enroll in your benefits for 2026 by logging into Workday. In Workday, go to Personal, then Benefits and Pay. In the Suggested Links, choose My Insurance Benefits to access the benefits enrollment system.
All enrollments and changes must be submitted by Friday, October 31, 2025, 4:30 pm.
Reminder: Before you enroll you will need to set up your My Benefits account. This is a one-time registration process that you must complete, using your personal email address, prior to enrolling in your benefits for 2026. For instructions, review Set Up Account in My Benefits (KB 149907).
