The Universities of Wisconsin’s new application for admission launched in August 2020. The current application system was designed to be student-focused, easy, quick, and accessible for all student population groups.

Principles & Areas of Impact
When evaluating requests, the committee will consider the following principles:
- Prioritize the student experience.
- Develop for the 90% – emphasis on universal design.
- Focus on what is needed for an admission decision.
For impact, requests will be reviewed to see how they meet the following areas of impact:
- Student benefit
- Business value
- Campus operations
- Number of campuses requesting or positively impacted by the change
EApp Support Process
For general questions, issues, or minor changes, please submit an EApp Support request first. Depending on the scope of your change, we may recommend that the request go through governance instead.

EApp Governance Process
The EApp Governance Committee reviews and recommends proposed changes to the EApp. This committee enables proposed EApp changes to be evaluated and vetted by a diverse group of individuals, ensuring the EApp is maintained and developed in a strategic manner. Within the context of available resources, the committee evaluates proposals based on potential benefits for applicants, efficiencies for campus/business operations, and advancements in access, equity, and inclusion
