Inbound Insurance (CISI)
- December 2025 – UW Risk Management has negotiated a supplemental insurance plan to cover evacuation for groups that did not previously have a plan that includes evacuation coverage.
Outbound Insurance (CISI)
- December 2025 – UW Risk Management has negotiated a new insurance plan start date of mid-October. The next insurance plan start date is October 15, 2026.
HWX: Via TRM Update
- December 2025 – UW Coordinators have built out Via TRM to add UW institutions as “programs” to which German students may apply.
