HWX in Via TRM

Students & advisors can view public-facing (no login required) program information, filterable by term, housing, course options, and more, in Via TRM. Hessen institutions and programs (ISU, IWU, Special Programs) each have a separate brochure in Via to make filtering down to meet specific criteria easier.

Each UW that accepts applications from Hessen students is represented in Via TRM. Students & advisors can view public-facing (no login required) program information, filterable by term, housing, course options, and more, in Via TRM.

• SUBMITTED – Coordinators in central offices in Wisconsin & Hessen have received the applicant’s completed Request for Nomination form
• IN REVIEW – The applicant’s home campus advisor has received the nomination form but has not yet submitted the form.
• NOMINATED – Coordinators in central offices in Wisconsin & Hessen have received the home campus advisor’s nomination form.
• CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED – Coordinators in the applicant’s host country central office have reviewed the application and distributed it to the host campus.
• ACCEPTED – The applicant has received an acceptance email and/or letter directly from the host campus.

Other Statuses Used

• NOT ACCEPTED – Reserved for Via-TRM test accounts/advisors
• DEFERRED – Coordinators in the applicant’s home country central office have been informed of an applicant’s intention, prior to the deadline to withdraw without counting in the exchange, to participate over a future term.
• WITHDRAWN – The applicant is no longer pursuing application to the program.
