In order to disable network access, IT would need a clear list of accounts. This list would need to be vetted by our HR for any exceptions, before it came to IT so we could automate this process. API access would be strongly desired.

There is a question of how to record completion of the training if we disable their network account. IT doesn't have selective ability to disable everything except 1 website.

The Student Employees section is confusing. Does "student training" imply a separate training from other emploees? Also, if Security and Preventing Sexual Harassment are completed, what are then granted a waiver of?
