Steps to Participate
1) Form Your Team: teachers or advisors should determine their own process for identifying and selecting team members. Whether through classroom participation, a club, tryouts, or another approach, each high school can choose the method that works best for them. Teams should be no more than four individuals with up to two alternates.
Students interested in participating should talk with a teacher or advisor to find out if a team has already been formed or to explore starting a new team at their school.
2) Register Your Team (Teacher/Advisor Action Required): once a team(s) is/are determined, a teacher or advisor must complete the registration process on behalf of the participating students. Registration information is forthcoming and will be posted on this website.
3) Prepare Your Team: teachers or advisors should work with their team to prepare for the competitions. Each teacher or advisor may determine the format and schedule of their own preparation sessions. Be sure to visit the Preparing for the Games page on this website for helpful resources, guidance, and practice materials.
4) Compete in Regionals: go head-to-head with teams from across Wisconsin in exciting, fast-paced competitions that test your knowledge and teamwork.
5) Advance to the State Finals: top teams earn the chance to compete at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison, where learning meets real-world impact.
