The functional teams have begun the Fit-Gap activity, when they will evaluate the PeopleSoft delivered 9.2 functionality to determine whether “vanilla” functionality can meet the requirements uncovered during the Discovery sessions.

Development is targeted to begin on October 16th, beginning with retrofits for existing functionality that you know and love.  Development is planned to continue well into 2018.

Executive Sponsors are prepared for scope discussions.  During those, additional scope options will be evaluated for priority, and added to the project work queue.  Those items will be added to the SFS 9.2 Upgrade scope based on available bandwidth for the team.
