SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR UW CAMPUSES:
Before contacting any contracted search firm, campuses must contact Jason Beier, Chief Human Resources Officer, UW System Administration, to discuss the search and identify the most appropriate contracted firm(s) for their specific needs.
Contract Overview
These contracts provide executive search and recruitment services for UW System institutions and UW System Administration. Services may include executive recruitment consulting, candidate sourcing, assessment and screening, search committee support, recruitment strategy development, and related executive search services.
The contracts were established using the Big Ten Academic Alliance Search Firm Services Master Agreements (RFP No. 17382) and have been adopted and renumbered for UW System use.
Process to Utilize Agreements
- Contact Jason Beier, Chief Human Resources Officer, UW System Administration.
- Review the applicable contract(s) and Parent Contract information.
- Engage the appropriate contracted search firm as directed.
Note: The Parent Contract contains detailed information regarding contracted firms, scope of services, fees, expenses, and payment provisions. Attachment A of each agreement contains the applicable pricing and fee schedules and will be incorporated into the Parent Contract when finalized.
