Search Process

On May 8, 2026, the Universities of Wisconsin Board of Regents President Amy B. Bogost appointed a 25-member Presidential Search Committee to help identify the next Universities of Wisconsin President. The Presidential Search Committee will be led by Regent Ashok Rai, chair.

The search for the next President for the Universities of Wisconsin is being assisted by AGB Search, a global executive search firm. Appointment of the successful candidate to the position requires the approval of the full Board of Regents.
