TEACHING AND LEARNING PHILOSOPHY

My teaching and learning philosophy is rooted in a student-centered approach that prioritizes active engagement, critical thinking, and continuous reflection. I believe that meaningful learning occurs when students are empowered to take ownership of their educational journey, guided by inquiry, collaboration, and real-world relevance. To support this, I design learning experiences that challenge students to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information rather than simply absorb it. Equally important is my commitment to reflective teaching; I regularly assess the effectiveness of my instructional methods, seeking feedback and adapting practices to meet the diverse needs of my students. This dynamic process ensures that my teaching remains responsive, inclusive, and grounded in a commitment to fostering lifelong learners.
