Greg Kerkvliet is a lecturer in English at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Greg’s research interest is composition and rhetoric, particularly how students can use metacognition and knowledge transfer to establish agency as writers and thinkers. He has taught general education reading and writing, literature survey, introductory rhetorical theory, and first-year seminar courses. He is a 2021-22 Wisconsin Teaching Fellow who has been a First-Year Teaching Fellow, both for UWRF and specifically in the College of Arts and Sciences.
