Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) file transfers allow you to transmit your .csv data file to us over a secure channel through the Infinite Campus Data Extract Utility. Your .pdf transcript bundle must be submitted via our Manual File Upload tool. If you prefer, manual upload can be used to submit both the .csv and .pdf files.
SFTP set-up requires a Direct Admit Administrator account. If you have an account, you can log in here. If you do not have an account, follow these instructions to request an account.
Set-up Steps
- Log in to the Direct Admit Administrator Portal.
- Server Configuration:
- Locate the Server and Username under the section SFTP Information in your Direct Admit Wisconsin High School Dashboard.
- Copy the provided server and username details into the Infinite Campus Data Extract Utility.
- Generate your public key using these instructions from Infinite Campus. The public key will be generated as a .pub file, which can be downloaded to your computer.
- Copy the contents of the public key file and paste it into the Public Key box in the SFTP Information section of the dashboard and click Submit.
- Return to the Infinite Campus Data Extract Utility to complete the file transfer.
