Accessing the Direct Admit Administrator Portal

The Direct Admit Administrator Portal gives staff at participating high schools access to a number of useful tools for managing the admissions process. These tools include:

  • A data dashboard with a Direct Admit Summary Report and a Direct Admit Data Download for each school in your profile
    • The Direct Admit Summary Report reports back an overview of the numbers related to your students’ Direct Admit offers and Form submissions.
    • The Direct Admit Data Download will download a .csv spreadsheet with information on each student who participated in Direct Admit including information on their Direct Admit Form activity.
  • Edit and add functions for your high school’s Direct Admit Contacts
  • A manual file upload function for both .csv and .pdf files. This tool includes automated technical specification checks that will alert you of the most common data submission errors. Any high school can opt to use this manual upload if they choose.
  • SFTP set up for Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, and jmc users
  • An Add a Single Student tool that will allow you to make ad-hoc corrections or additions to your submitted student list (when our Ad-Hoc process opens following the first submission window

All high schools should ensure that they have access to the portal. Accounts are assigned to individual users; we encourage all individuals who work on Direct Admit Wisconsin at their high schools to sign up for an account.
