UW System math faculty and staff are invited to learn about or share their own experiences with select tools and strategies to support student success in mathematics through a discussion series supporting our mathematics Community of Practice (CoP) during the fall semester.

On Wednesday, Oct. 20, Whitney George, Associate Professor of Mathematics & Statistics at UW-La Crosse, will lead a session on infusing anti-racist pedagogies into the mathematics classroom. We hope you can join us to engage in this topic with your peers across the system.

This is where you will find the CoP Introduction and Zoom linkhttps://uws-td.instructure.com/enroll/XTXRCM.

The Community of Practice series is being recorded and posted in Canvas. To join the mathematics CoP distribution list and receive notices of events and the Zoom link, please contact Alice Pulvermacher at apulvermacher@uwsa.edu.

Also, we are actively seeking topics and presenters for the spring semester CoP series. Please submit your ideas to apulvermacher@uwsa.edu.
