October 23rd, 2026 Participation survey for new Direct Admit schools due
Wednesday, October 28th (virtual) & November 4th (in-person), 2026 Direct Admit Statewide Meeting prior to the WSCA conference
November 20th, 2026 Data Sharing Agreements for new Direct Admit schools due
Mid-November 2026 Continuing Direct Admit High Schools review and update contact information
January 2027 Onboarding sessions for new participating high schools held. See here for dates and registration links.
May 1st, 2027 Direct Admit Forms due for Class of 2027 Opt-in/out elections due for Class of 2028
May 1-July 2027 High schools conduct academic review of participating students and assign tiers to qualifying students through their student information system.
June 1-July 16, 2027 First data submission window for the Class of 2028. High schools should submit .csv and transcript bundles to the Universities of Wisconsin.
August 1, 2027 The Universities of Wisconsin send admission offers to the Class of 2027 via email to high school email addresses. Postal mail admission packages are sent shortly after.
August 1, 2027 The UW Admission Pathway Portal opens for Direct Admit Forms and traditional applications.
September 8-28, 2027 Second data submission window for the Class of 2028. Email offers are sent on a rolling basis throughout the submission window in the fall with postal mail admission packages to follow.
