OCI provides investigative services for the UWs, upon request, to conduct fact-finding investigations on a variety of matters, including complaints, disputes, grievances and/or violations of policy, administrative code or law that involve allegations including but not limited to Title IX or sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethical misconduct. Upon completing the factfinding process, the investigators review all relevant and applicable evidence and materials and prepare an investigation report that is provided to the University who requested the investigation.
