Before graduating from High School, I was always filled with worry that I wouldn’t be able to attend a four-year university without going into debt. The Federal Pell Grant gave me the chance to pursue a four-year college degree that the rest of my family wasn’t able to obtain. CarmenUW-Milwaukee
