SUMMARY:UW Student Campus Free Speech and Academic Freedom Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Institute for Citizenship and Civil Dialogue (WICCD) will hold a workshop for Universities of Wisconsin students focused on free speech and academic freedom. \nParticipating students will receive a $500 all-inclusive stipend. Only 36 students will be accepted\, and registration deadline is April 4\, 2025. \nWorkshop topics include:\n• Academic Freedom\n• Regulating Speech\n• Case Studies\n• Campus Chalking Policies \nBreakfast and lunch will be provided.
