When changes occur, it is important to contact your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/uwsa\/hr\/hr-services-and-support\/#StrategicPartners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Manager<\/a> to ensure all necessary position information is updated within the HRS system. <em>Some<\/em> position changes require completion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/uwsa\/hr\/download\/recruitment\/APPROVAL-FOR-STAFF-CHANGES-_03042024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Approval Form for Staff Changes<\/a>. Your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/uwsa\/hr\/hr-services-and-support\/#StrategicPartners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Manager<\/a> will assist you with determining the necessary paperwork, as well as answer any questions you may have surrounding these changes.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of position changes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office Moves<\/li>\n<li>Reporting Manager<\/li>\n<li>Time and Labor Approvers<\/li>\n<li>Funding Source<\/li>\n<li>Change in Full-Time Equivalency (FTE)<\/li>\n<li>Leave of absence<\/li>\n<li>Title, Promotion, Salary, Temporary Assignment of Additional Duties and Related<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Office Moves<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/uwsa\/hr\/download\/Staff-Changes----Checklist-for-Supervisors-2022-08-18-FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office Move\/Staff Change Checklist for Supervisors &amp; Staff<\/a> will assist you when an employee moves offices within, or to, a new building.<\/p>\n<h3>Leave of Absence<\/h3>\n<p>Medical leaves of absence should be done in consultation with UWSHR.
