If you are covered under the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance program, you are eligible for a $150 incentive to complete biometric testing and health risk assessment through the Well Wisconsin wellness program. Employees who are enrolled in State of Wisconsin insurance are eligible to participate in the Well Wisconsin program. Your spouse/domestic partner may complete the program and earn their own reward.
UW System Administration (UWSA) will be hosting a biometric screening on June 21st from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a great chance for UWSA employees (and their spouse/domestic partner) to complete their assessment in order to receive the $150 incentive.
