For guaranteed accuracy, please request an official copy of your transcript.<\/li>\n<li>If a class does not show a grade, then the instructor has not posted the grade yet.<\/li>\n<li>The return option, located at the top and bottom of the unofficial transcript, will take you back to the View Unofficial Transcript page.<\/li>\n<li>Previously requested reports can be viewed by selecting the <strong>View a Report That You Had Previously Requested<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Sign out of PRISM to end your session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"hideLinks\">Viewing My Transfer Credit Report<\/h2>\n<p class=\"bold\">Your Transfer Credit Report displays all of the courses that you have transferred in from other institutions. In this report you will find information on the classes that have been accepted, what classes they transferred in as\u00a0and how many credits transferred in.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Sign into PRISM.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\"><strong>Self Service &gt; Student Center<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Under the <strong>Academics<\/strong> section click on the <strong>My Academics<\/strong> link.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Click on the<strong> View my transfer credit report<\/strong> link.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5 class=\"bold\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please Note:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The Test Credits section shows credits earned from Advanced Placement test and College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exam scores.<\/li>\n<li>The Other Credits section contains credits received from the Military and retro credits.<\/li>\n<li>For\u00a0additional information, please contact your\u00a0Student Affairs Advisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"feature\">Viewing My Enrollment Verification<\/h2>\n<p class=\"bold\">The National Student Clearinghouse provides a variety of services such as proof of enrollment, student loan deferment information for loan holders and additional information about your student loans.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Sign into <a href=\"https:\/\/ssfastar.services.wisc.edu\/psp\/uwcprd\/?cmd=login\">PRISM<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\"><strong>Self-Service &gt; Student Center<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Under the <strong>Academics<\/strong> section click on the <strong>Enrollment Verification<\/strong> link.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bold\">Click on the<strong> National Student Clearing House<\/strong> link.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5 class=\"bold\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please Note:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proof of Enrollment<\/strong> may be necessary for your health insurance company or any other company that requests proof of enrollment.<\/li>\n<li>Periodically, your enrollment status (full or part-time) is provided to loan holders for deferment purposes.
